The neti pot for those of you who have never heard of it is a nasal cleaning device. I filled up the neti pot with some warm water and follwed the directions. It said to tile your head over a sink and pour the water into one of yor nostrils. You are supposed to place your tongue on the top of the roof of your mouth.

It felt a little wired at first, but it really doeas work. After cleaning both nostrils my sinus felt great. I’ll try and post some pictures shortly. but for now you can check out this YouTube video on the neti pot.
